Orders & making time
Is everything really handmade? Yes — every item is crocheted by hand in Vietnam. Nothing is machine-made or mass-produced.
Where do I buy? All orders go through our Etsy shop. Etsy handles checkout, payment and tracking, so your purchase is protected.
How long until my order ships? Most pieces are made to order and take 3–5 business days to crochet before they go to the post office. Larger or custom pieces may take a little longer — I will always let you know.
Can I request a custom colour or size? Please do. Send me a message on Etsy before ordering and I will tell you what is possible. Custom work is my favourite kind.
Shipping
Do you ship to my country? I ship worldwide from Vietnam, including the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea and Singapore. Shipping is free.
How long does delivery take? Roughly 10–20 business days to the US and 12–25 business days elsewhere, after your piece has been made. International post can be slower during holiday seasons.
Will I have to pay customs or import duty? Most small parcels arrive without any charge, but import rules differ by country. Any duty charged by your local customs is the buyer's responsibility.
Is my parcel tracked? Yes — Etsy sends you a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Care
How do I wash my crochet piece? Hand wash gently in cool water with a mild soap. Do not wring or tumble dry. Press the water out with a towel and dry flat, away from direct sun.
Are these safe for babies and small children? The plush pieces contain small parts and stuffing and are made as decorative keepsakes, not certified toys. Please keep them away from children under 3.
Returns
What if something arrives damaged or wrong? Message me first, with a photo if you can. I will always make it right.
Can I return an item I changed my mind about? Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it comes back unused and in its original condition. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Custom and personalised pieces cannot be returned.
